At the start of this year I decided to be pescatarian for health reasons. It started of good and I actually felt better with much more energy. However being surrounded by meat every day I gave up after a month or two. It’s hard when you are used to eating meet with every meal.
After watching What in health and Cowspiracy on Netflix I am motivated to join team vegan. Mainly because I saw a difference in my body, mind and skin when I was pescatarian. With vegan restaurants popping around the country and vegan food pages on Instagram showing loads of different recipes, it is easier than ever to ditch the meat.
Is anyone else team vegan or thinking of starting? Please help me out by sharing documentaries, recipes, tips, restaurants…. Everything is more than appreciated!
