If you are anything like methen you like eat posh without breaking the bank, at all. Then this meal is for you, for TEN POUND for two people! And it’s super healthy too which is great.
Ingredient (All from sainsbury’s)
- Haddock fillet
- Yam slices
- Mixed herbs
- black pepper
- Season the fillet with two teaspoon of salt and pepper, and a teaspoon of mixed cooking herbs, and let marinate for a hour.
- Boil the the sliced yam with two teaspoons of sugar for 5-10 mins, then drain the water, and let the yam cool down.
- boil broccoli for 5 mins
- grill the fillet for 5mins and plate it up
- grill the aubergine
